Katie Hawley
Owner & Principal

Katie Hawley is an organization development consultant and certified executive coach with more than 25 years of experience helping leaders, teams, and organizations navigate complexity, strengthen effectiveness, and create meaningful change.
Her approach combines deep listening, thoughtful challenge, and a systems perspective to help leaders better understand themselves, their relationships, and the organizational dynamics shaping their work. Her practice is informed by emotional intelligence, Gestalt theory, and strengths-based approaches to change. Her clients include individuals, teams, and boards across a range of industries -- from higher education to health care, manufacturing to marketing, and social services to financial services. Previously, Katie served in a variety of leadership roles in higher education, including as Vice President at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont, where she held responsibility for the College’s Board of Trustees as well as strategic communications, external relations, human resources, and organization development.
